And last but not least, Charlie Wilson feat T-Pain, that's for the girls, but god it feels good!

Once Again, Hefner Jr has a little present. For all of you Hypnotize minds fan, here is the first quarter of the classic mixtape "Da exorcist vol 2"!!!!! Dj Paul and Juicy j in 1994... sounds really crappy, but it's also part of the magic.
Enjoy :

Like each time, here is a tip to find out who the American Friend really is.
Clue # 3 : The American Friend has big balls and likes Malcolm in the middle.

Big up to the japanese commuters!

Yo, this week's selection is a state of art. Did you ever tried to figure out what was japan in the end of the 70's, beginning of the 80's... you can't? Me neither. But fuck their music was great at that time! Here is some crazy tracks from this era. The first song is from this sort of no wave band called The Plastics, it's funky. Then a cover of Polnareff's "Une poupée qui fait non" by this hot chick : Sonoko, released on crammed discs in 1987. On the same label there was Yasuaki Shimuzu, a saxoponist for The Saxophonettes. He made some amazing musics for advertisements, compiled in 1987. For J pop fans, a track from the ancestors of the movement, the very fluoish P-model. And a bit of cold wave, just for all you sad little goth kids that reads "le mediatron" : Phew is going to be your new favorite band.

And now a little present :

Burst city (1982) is maybe the major cyber punk movie released in Japan, and it's original soundtrack is just excellent.

Next week, the American friend is back...

Dr K's finests vol.1

Finally an exotica post on this blog. Dr K offers you a selection from his very own crates, and you'll have some every month. For the vol.1, only cult stuff :
Eden ahbez, it's the doctor's favorite track, it was released in 69 on Del-fi Records.
Martin Denny, just hypnotic, perfect for your wet and exotic dreams.
Keb Nordine, the famous beatnik poet from San Francisco, this guy still releases albums on Asphodel, on which you can also find reedition of his old albums (that were released on dot records).
The ensemble seven with a cover of quiet village, anachronistic and really funny.

the ensemble of seven - quiet village

martin denny - hypnotique

ken nordine - yellow

eden ahbez - full moon

And as a transition to my next post I give you the link for the Ike Reiko LP released in 1971. It's just a fucking classic. Next week (almost) 100% Japanese crazy shit, because we know we've got readers over there.

Ike Reiko - Kokotsu no sekai

Big up for this awesome blog, Mutant sounds, from which the link comes from.

See you next week.

Der Amerikanische Freund vol. 2

Lot's of action lately on this blog, told you we were not dead! Eclectic and excellent selections will be the keys of our success. Another shipping from the American friend, you're going to love this shit. Still fresh and (almost)exclusive south side tracks :

Hefner Jr's bonus track :

John Neilson - Hollywood Hills (Cryptonites Remix)

Hefner Jr is working a lot these days, thus there is only one bonus track. Special thanks to the Cryptonites, our new friends from Switzerland.

Clue 2 : Der Amerikanische freund used to be an half god for some French bloggers.

P.S: A new character is coming soon on "Le Mediatron", he's name is Dr K and he will be our exotica expert. Beware, Dr K is an horny son of a bitch.

Between Earth and stardust

Asseyez vous sur votre sofa. L’esprit vide.

I know, this blog looks dead... but I'll try to keep it alive by posting a few hot tracks from
time to time. Major part of these tracks are furnished by my very own south side hip hop dealer called "Der Amerikanische Freund". Yeah, he's a discreet man. Anyway, as it's the first edition, all the tracks are not really fresh, but fuck it.

Yes, Hefner Jr is going to give you some tracks too. This way A.V.M.D. stays in the blog game, and we will try to keep this as hot as possible. You'll have "Der Amerikanische Freund" for crazy south side hip hop tracks, and Hefner Jr for electro, booty and all sort of weird stuff.

And every week you'll have a clue to find out who "Der Amerikanische Freund" really is.

Clue 1 : Der Amerikanische Freund is cute, and his name has nothing to do with his nationality.

See you next week folks!

P.S: Velkroh is also coming back soon...
